The green path of life
Manufacturer of single-layer and double-layer polyethylene pipes (white inside) from 16 to 355 mm in size.
Polyethylene coiled pipe
Polyethylene coiled pipe is the only pipe that can be produced in coils in medium sizes and pressures. The production of polyethylene coiled pipes and their use in gas supply projects, water transfer, and irrigation of gardens and agricultural lands results in significant savings in welding costs and minimizes the number of welding points in the polyethylene pipeline, which, in addition to saving costs, is also very effective during project implementation and installation of polyethylene pipes, reducing time and making installation easier.
Polyethylene coiled pipes are produced at working pressures of 10, 12.5, 16 bar and in lengths of 100, 200 and 400 meters. Of course, the sizes of pipes produced at the mentioned working pressures can only be produced in coils up to a size of 110 mm. The price of polyethylene coiled pipes is calculated like other polyethylene pipes, and you can also receive the price list of polyethylene coiled pipes from the factory and sales unit. The price of polyethylene coiled pipes also has a direct relationship with the raw materials, and the material rates on the stock exchange affect Iranian materials and the exchange rate affects imported materials, including brocade.
Note: Size 12 polyethylene pipe with a pressure of 10 bar is produced in coils, and the same polyethylene pipe with a pressure of 20 bar is produced in 12-meter branches.

Application of polyethylene coiled pipe
Irrigation systems
As main and branch pipes in pressure irrigation and drip irrigation networks (polyethylene irrigation pipe)
Gas transmission network
Coiled polyethylene pipes are used as distribution networks and branch gas supply pipes.
Fluid transfer
These pipes can be used in any project for transferring water and other permitted fluids where polyethylene pipes can be used.
Connecting polyethylene coiled pipe
The method of connecting these polyethylene coiled pipes in agricultural fields and gardens is often by screw connections, although butt fusion can also be used, but in the gas supply network, electrofusion connections (couplers) are used. The same procedure is also true for connecting coiled pipes for selecting connections, and electrofusion connections should be used for gas pipes.
Polyethylene coil pipe materials
The materials of polyethylene coil pipes are no different from the main materials of branched polyethylene pipes and follow the same standards and production process, and only the physical properties of polyethylene allow the continuous production of polyethylene pipes in coil form. It should be noted that the raw materials of gas pipes and the raw materials of polyethylene irrigation pipes may differ in type and grade. Black polyethylene material is used for the production of gas pipes, and in the production of other pipes with other uses, the type and grade of raw materials can be selected according to the application.
