Polyethylene pipe sizes are specified in millimeters, but some people have learned polyethylene pipe sizes in inches. In the tables of international standards and the INSO 14427 standard, the sizes are all based on millimeters, and the polyethylene pipe specification tables divide the pipes based on size, weight, and thickness, and a 110 mm polyethylene pipe is 10 times less thick than a 110 mm polyethylene pipe. Polyethylene pipe sizes range from 20 mm to 2500 mm, with polyethylene pipes up to 750 mm in size being economically justified, and pipes larger than 750 mm are used for specific and different applications where other pipes do not have the appropriate efficiency and productivity.<\/p>

The standard size of polyethylene pipes is different from each other, for example, a 75 mm single-wall pipe is produced and supplied, but a double-wall corrugated pipe is not produced in this size, and their standard tables and dimensional specifications are different. The production of different sizes of polyethylene pipes requires a polyethylene pipe production line and appropriate machinery for the same sizes, and for example, a 16 mm polyethylene pipe production line is capable of producing pipes up to 90 mm and ultimately 110 mm, and conventional production lines are capable of producing pipes up to 730 mm. In the production line for producing different sizes of pipes, the end-of-line devices must also be appropriate so that the produced pipe is standard and of high quality.<\/p>
